Eligibility
Who Is Eligible?
Our program is licensed as an Early Intervention Day Treatment program. Each eligible child will have a written Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) based on therapy evaluations. To qualify, a child must:
- Exhibits delays in at least two developmental areas (motor, social, cognitive, self-help/adaptive, or communication)
- Qualifies for speech therapy, occupational therapy, or physical therapy
- Qualifies for Medicaid services
- Has treatment scripts signed by the child's physician following initial evaluations
